The Munster Bar, Limericks Rugy Bar, at Clohessy's

The Munster Bar at Peter Clohessy's Bar, Limerick

The Munster Bar, named after Munster Rugby, leads to the right of the main bar.

Here you will find adorning the walls, various memorabilia from Peter's rugby days and fellow players - even a photo of John O'Neill's infamous try disallowed in Lille!.

Over the past 4 years it's played host to some of the best rugby fans in Europe, Glouchester, Harlequins, Stade Francais, Birattiz, Castres, Toulouse, Gwent Dragons, LLanelli, Wasps, Northampton, Leicester  to name a few.

During the International Season, a large Welsh contingent use Limerick as their base, as experience has taught them the crack is best here !

On a match day, there's no better place to watch the game, or call in afterwards to experience the spirit that is rugby in Limerick and perhaps rub shoulders with the players.
